How many days do I have to return my hair bundles or wigs?
You have 3 days from the day your package is received to decide if you want to exchange your hair bundles or wigs.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Customer will receive full credit but you must pay for return postage fees if the exchange is set up within 3 days from the date the package was received and is received in the same condition and in original packaging. Please contact us by text with order number to 702-900-1025 within 3 days of receipt of package.
Can I return products that have been opened, worn, or altered?
Unworn product can be returned in its original condition and packaging, but you must contact us first within 3 days from receipt of the package to set up the return. You can text us at 702-900-1025.
Under what circumstances will I receive a refund for a returned item?
We will only refund if you did not receive what you ordered and it is returned in the same condition it was received and in original packaging! We will, however, issue store credit if you change your mind about the style, once. We must be contacted within 3 days from the time the package was received.
